These terms govern your use of ariana.pk and every order placed on it. By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to be bound by them and by the laws of Pakistan. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of this website

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to browse and shop on this site. You may not copy or reuse our photography, text or designs commercially, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or remove any notices from our materials. All content on ariana.pk belongs to Ariana.

Products and availability

We photograph our garments carefully, but colours can render differently on different screens. All items are subject to availability; if something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund anything paid, or offer an alternative. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected, and affected orders cancelled with a full refund, at any time before dispatch.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your order, but acceptance happens when your order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where stock, address or payment cannot be verified — and will tell you if we do.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include GST where applicable. We currently accept cash on delivery nationwide; pay the courier when your order arrives. When online payment options (cards, JazzCash, easypaisa) are offered, they are processed by licensed payment providers — we never store your payment credentials.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; someone should be available to receive and sign for the parcel at the address provided. Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free.

Returns and exchanges

Sizing not right? You can exchange an item within seven days of delivery, unworn and with its packaging. Full details are in our returns & exchanges policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and its materials are provided "as is". While we work to keep everything accurate and available, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

Links to other websites (for example our social pages) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version always lives on this page and applies from the moment it is published.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us first at support@ariana.pk — we aim to resolve every complaint quickly and fairly.
